Overview
The Accounting Officer is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Responsibilities
• Record daily financial transactions (AP/AR, expenses, invoices)
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Monitor and follow up on receivables and payables
• Process payments, invoices, and expense reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Support audits by providing required documentation
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices .
