Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing activities, mainly focused on paid advertising and performance campaigns. This role suits someone with 1–2 years of experience who understands the basics of digital marketing and has worked on PPC campaigns and is looking to grow and learn in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaigns
Support the setup and management of paid campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search & Display)
LinkedIn Ads (basic experience is a plus)
Monitor campaign performance and help optimize budgets.
Track basic metrics such as clicks, leads, and cost per result.
Performance & Reporting
Help prepare simple performance reports.
Review campaign results and highlight what’s working and what needs improvement.
Support testing different creatives, audiences, and messages.
Marketing Support
Coordinate with designers and content creators for ad materials.
Support website forms, landing pages, and lead tracking.
Assist with other marketing tasks when needed.
Qualifications
Experience
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Previous exposure to paid ads / PPC campaigns is required.
Experience in tech or B2B is a plus, but not required.
Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Understanding of how digital campaigns generate leads.
Familiarity with audience segmentation and email marketing concepts is a plus, but not required.
Soft Skills
Organized and detail-oriented.
Willing to learn and improve.
Comfortable working with numbers and performance data.
Good communication skills.
Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Basic understanding of SEO or email marketing.
Experience running or supporting email campaigns.
