We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Possess a strong technical background to effectively communicate with and understand the needs of technical teams.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communicate project status and updates regularly to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Proactively address issues and challenges that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Implement testing and quality assurance processes.
- Address and resolve issues related to project quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate with technical teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in agile development practices is desirable.
